ELECTRICAL KARTS AND LASER TAG IN ALCAMO
Alcamo is a small town about 40 minutes from Birgi Vecchi (the kite spot). The town itself dosent offer much of interest, but you’ll find ideal activities for a group or a large family: an electric go-kart track and a laser game.
The electric go-kart track
We already hear the karting purists telling us that electric karts aren’t as good as gas engine karts, that they don’t go fast enough (and that if you arrived last it was because you didn’t have the right kart) etc… . So it’s partly true, if you’re a professional kart racer, you might find it limited, and you should know that there’s a classical kart circuit not far from the spot, in Marsala.
But for the others, this circuit is already a great thrill, especially if you’ve never been on one before, and you’ll have a great time. It’s accessible to all levels and almost all ages (for children, the karts are limited to a certain maximum speed). There’s also an on-site restaurant and a play area for very young children.

The Laser Tag room
Alcamo also has a Laser Game room, another activity for groups (or large families). The room is quite large and can accommodate groups of up to 20 people.
Take the time to have the rules explained to you, as there are a number of subtleties
that can complicate the game if you don’t master them. There are explanatory videos before the game, so don’t hesitate to ask for an English translation.
To reserve a game, you’ll need to pay a club membership fee of 3 euros per person, after which the game prices are as follows:
