SAN LEONARDO APARTMENTS – A BIT FURTHER FOR HALF OF THE PRICE
San Leonardo apartments are a comfortable solution for more or less half of the price, comparing to places just at the spot.
They are located 8-10 minutes from the spot by car or by bike (the way by car – 5km, and bike – 3km, takes comparable time because the bike route is a shortcut).
San Leonardo is a village where you go from the spot to do your shopping, to the pharmacy, to the ATM, to buy cheap wine in the Birgi cantina, to several restaurants and bars, etc.
There are two apartments – bigger and smaller.
Both are in a fenced building, with a parking spot and a garden. There is also a storage space where kite equipment can be kept.
Both apartments are equipped, have air conditioning and wi-fi, there is also a washing machine.

From 30 euros per night for two people in the smaller apartment, in low season,
to 85 euros per night for 5 people in the bigger apartment in high season.
Cleaning fee: 30 smaller apartment, 40 euro the bigger one.
The bigger apartment
There are two bedrooms in the bigger apartment (one with a double bed plus a single bed and another with two single beds), it’s a comfortable place for 4-5 people, but there is also a sofa bed in the living room.
There are two bathrooms and an accessible rooftop.
The smaller apartment
There is one triple bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed), so it’s comfortable for 2-3 people, but there is also a sofa bed in the living room.
The living room is massive – with a dining space, kitchenette and a chilling corner (where the sofa is).
There is one bathroom and a storage room.
