ALBARIA – REALLY COOL HOUSE AT THE HEART OF THE KITESURFING SPOT
Albaria is a charming house, of a higher standard than other places at the kite spot, but also with a special character.
It is rented as a whole, for exclusive use.
The house is located in the heart of the spot, right next to the water and 80 meters from our base.
It was built over a century ago and has retained elements of its original shape. Stone arches or old, hand-painted ceramic tiles here and there, combined with a lot of furniture, deco and proper equipment, guarantee a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The place can accommodate up to 7-8 people in three bedrooms (the sofa in the living room allows accommodating 2 more, but it would be tight already).
The house is two-story and 147 m2.

The house has 3 bedrooms (two triple and one double), 2 bathrooms, a big living room divided into a couch area and a kitchen + dining area,
a kite equipment room/storage room and a spacious, shaded and comfortably arranged terrace.

Price
The price depends on the number of people and the month of the season.
It goes from 180 euros per night for the house, up to 280 euros in the peak of the season for a big group.
Children under 3 years old – free of charge, children under 6 years old – with a discount.
